Goods, delivery and handover of goods.
Goods can be received:
1. On site at our store (K.Ulmaņa gatve 21, Riga, LV-1004, Latvia.)
2. With (Omniva, DPD, Venipak) parcel machines.
3. By courier to your previously specified address.

▪ Courier delivery is provided by courier services that are Motoveikals.lv cooperation partners (Omniva, DPD, Venipak).
▪ If the Buyer has chosen to receive the Goods at the Seller's premises, the Buyer must receive the Goods within 10 business days after receiving notification from the Seller about the exact time of receipt of the Goods.
▪ If, when placing an Order, the Buyer has indicated that he wants the Goods to be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer by one of our cooperating courier companies, if necessary, by prior coordination of the delivery time of the Goods with the Buyer by telephone (the delivery fee depends on the weight, dimensions and delivery distance of the Goods.)
▪ Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer presents an identity document and, if necessary, a power of attorney. The Seller has the right not to deliver the Goods to persons who cannot present the documents specified above.
▪ If the delivery of the Goods is not possible due to the fault of the Buyer or circumstances beyond the Seller's control (for example, the Buyer has specified an incorrect delivery address, the Buyer or his authorized person is not present at the specified address, it is not possible to contact the Buyer at the specified time, the specified address cannot be accessed, etc.), the Goods are not sent again (except for cases when the Buyer pays an additional surcharge for the re-delivery of the Goods), but the money for the Goods is refunded back to the Buyer's account from which the payment was made within 30 (thirty) days. Delivery costs are not refunded.
▪ If the delivery of the Goods is delayed due to circumstances that are not foreseeable and beyond the Seller's control, the Seller shall immediately contact the Buyer and agree on another delivery time.
▪ When delivering the Goods to the Buyer together with the Goods, an original invoice (waybill) shall be issued. Upon receipt of the Goods, the Buyer or his authorized person signs the delivery document, indicating comments about the packaging and/or the Goods, if any non-conformity or damage is detected.
▪ During the delivery of the Goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and its compliance with the Order together with the Seller's representative (courier).
▪ If the Buyer finds that the packaging of the delivered shipment is damaged (torn packaging label, damaged packaging or other external damage), he must record this in the delivery document (Seller's copy). Otherwise, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered properly and without damage.
▪ If you have any further questions regarding the delivery or receipt of the Goods, or after receiving the Goods, the Buyer finds that the shipment does not contain the appropriate quantity of Goods or the delivered Goods do not comply with the Order, and this is not indicated in the delivery document, the Buyer must inform the Seller about this by sending a relevant message to the e-mail address:
